Our privacy policy is straight forward at Wimble we do not and will not share your information like your name, phone number, email, or other identifying information with anyone at anytime. We do not sell your information for money. We will protect your data from government agencies and law enforcement unless at that time a court order has been issued compelling us to share that information. We do not sell or seek to sell any of your personal information at anytime and for any reason. We do not store any of your personal information on any database except on our company customer record database up until the job is complete. At the end of each calendar year such records will be deleted and removed permanently with any existing jobs being kept until the following calendar year at which time that information will also be deleted and removed. We do not keep a Customer records, database in order to contact you for marketing services. Our website service provider does collect cookies when you visit our website it is your choice whether or not to accept or reject those cookies if you do accept those cookies, you fall under their collection policy, which is listed here. Wimble is serious about the right to privacy. Privacy is your right and we strive to keep it that way to the best of our ability in good faith.
This service agreement is between you (the customer) and Wimble also known as, DBA Michael Nale, owner, also known as MJ Nale, owner, of Honolulu Hawaii, in the United States of America and any employees contracted by Wimble to complete a job assembling products that you (the customer) ordered online or purchased in person that has not been damaged to your knowledge by going to our website www.gowimble.com or by calling us to order your services, which you agreed to on your estimate. You (the customer) agree to the following, if there is a dispute between you (the customer) and Wimble or one of our employees that you agree to go to mediation instead of seeking litigation in order to resolve such dispute. You agree to our cancellations policy by paying the deposit on your invoice to schedule your appointment and if you do not contact us at least two hours prior to the schedule appointment to cancel your appointment or if we show up to the appointment and you abruptly canceled that appointment without good cause that you will forfeit your deposit. You agree not to hold Wimble, its employees, or contracted employees liable for any damage, defect, or problem with the products you ordered online or otherwise for assembly. At the beginning of each appointment a thorough inventory of all the parts required for assembly will be conducted by the technician and if we discover any damage or defects or missing parts during this inspection and inventory, we will notify you immediately so that we can cancel the appointment and you can process a return through the company that you bought it from and you will only be charged the deposit and if we return to build the replacement product you will not be charged for another deposit. If at any time you during the appointment you need to stop our work due to an emergency, work, personal obligation or otherwise just inform our technician so that we can schedule another visit. We reserve the right to cancel any appointment at anytime for any reason. We are committed to providing you with the best service possible and once again thank you for choosing Wimble.
