1. Let your technician know where to park or where the loading zones are.
2. Keep all children and pets away from the area we are working in
3. If you would like us to place dropcloths down to protect your flooriing let us know
4. If we are doing a large assembly, it may take more than one day.
5. If we are working outside, and the weather is really bad, your appointment may be delayed due to a weather event.
7. If possible please do not open the product packaging until we arrive. That way we can do a proper inventory. In the event, there is damage or there is anything missing we will help you initiate a return and reschedule a new appointment.
8. If you have any questions, write them down ahead of time before we arrive that way you’re prepared to ask the technician.

The estimate you receive includes your name, date, time of appointment, address, and a summary of what we will be building. It also includes taxes, discounts, and any add on service. Once you agree to the estimate your price will not change.
We accept all major credit cards, cash, and Bitcoin (Hawaii tax 4.712%) After booking your appointment you will need to pay the deposit, this is part of the total price in your estimate. The remainder will be due after your sceduled appointment. If your paying cash our technicians do not carry change. PLEASE READ: If you fail to cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 2 hours in advance you will lose your deposit.
Yes, this is an add on service with a fee. You must provide us with an invoice at least 2 days prior to your appointment so that we can pick up the product/s for you. ( Disposal of packing waste is included with your service but old furniture disposal is a separate service )
A regular sssembly order must be active in order to place a furniture disposal request order.
If you are disposing of old furniture after your appointment this is an add on service with a fee.
We can pick up and deliver to all military bases on Oahu.
Yes we can help with smart tv, wifi router, and network installation, smart home accessories like cameras and light networks for home security.
To cancel your appointment text CANCEL to 808-850-0200 at least 2 hours prior to your appointment failure to do so will forfeit your deposit.

Yes we remove all packing material and boxes that are part packaging of the product we are assembling.
If we are replacing an old piece of furniture that you would like us to remove after the appointment please request this during booking. A Wimble agent may contact you if this is a furniture assembly after you book your appointment to double check if you need the service.
You will have to set another appointment and you will have to contact the seller and let them know that you will be returning the product. This is a separate appointment with a separate charge.
If you ordered Wimble service during checkout at an online retailer there is no service fee for returns
Wimble does not recommend buying most furniture products from Amazon. In our experience, the furniture that you purchased on Amazon was made overseas. It usually contains a composite particleboard with a glue. It’s not durable at all, and it falls apart very easily. There’s not a long life with this type of furniture and it is returned quite frequently..
We recommend Arlo or Blink or Google Nest. In our experience most security camera systems on Amazon with generic names are tied to servers in China and other places outside the US with no verifiable security audits and your privacy is not secure. We do not recommend that you purchase any of these cameras and sync them to your Wi-Fi or your mobile phone.
1. Research don’t just rely on a few good reviews we recommend at least 12-15 recent reviews.
2. Make sure whatever you are buying does not have a dealbreaker, that is something you must have in order for you to buy it.
3. Understand that there are a lot of reviews out there that are fake or manufactured, so you need to really pay close attention to reviews that have a lot of detail in the explanation and then make sure that you look for good videos, and good photographs that can tell the story.
4. No matter how good a products is there’s always a lemon on occasion and just because you had a bad experience does not mean that their products are bad. You need to take that into account if this situation happens to you.
Large jobs require more time. It is going to take a little bit of time in some cases. It may take more than one day. It also depends on your schedule and your availability as well how many techs we can schedule for it.

We only recommend or not recommend products that we have assembled that we feel are very good quality. We base this opinion on several factors, including materials, customer feedback, and a review of the product. We will never respond to any company requesting a review of their products or accept free products, money, or any other benefit in exchange for our recommendation. In some cases, we have no opinion because we have never assembled the product to make our own determination. Our customers order the products we work with and we will always share our opinion if they ask.
No, we are a convenience service but if you selected Wimble assembly during checkout with a retailer online you will not have to pay for a replacement assembly.
We always recommend made in the USA or made in Hawaii. Our products go through tougher quality assurance and industry standards. When you order products out of the USA and Hawaii the regulations is not as tough, sometimes those products are just not good or worse.
At the moment, no, we only have support in Hawaii on the island of Oahu with plans for expanding to the mainland very soon
No, we currently do not offer repairs for anything in your home. We just assemble the things that you order..
Yes, we offer military discounts and a Welcome discount for licensed real estate agents to offer their customers after closing on furniture assembly orders, contact us to sign up.
We also offer discounts to homeless veterans in transitioning programs who may have difficulty assembling certain products. Contact us to sign up.

We do not give estimates over the phone for services provided. We will take your service quote or booking request over the phone or by submitting a booking request through our website, and we wil send our estimate to you via email in writing. This guarantees the price for our work and that will never change unless you add on services during the appointment.
No, however we will have one very soon and we are currently working on one for iPhone users. As soon as we launch that we will begin developing an app for Android users.
